Application Tester
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Geneva, Switzerland/Remote
Job Description:
As an Application Tester, you will be responsible for testing new releases of software products developed by Software Developers and provided to WIPO Member States IP Offices. You will work in consultation with current project teams to use and improve existing testing framework and prepare test data in various reusable formats for test automation.
Responsibilities:
· Work with project teams to improve and develop automated test cases for system integration tests, regression tests, load and stress tests in order to validate frontend and backend REST API, user operations through web interface
· Prepare aggregated test reports to highlight specific issues
· Other testing-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of software testing experience, including 2 years in test automation
· Excellent knowledge of open source tools for test automation
· Excellent knowledge of scripting including some basic java coding
· Knowledge of Industrial Property Business processes (desirable)
· Excellent knowledge of Selenium and Apache JMeter (desirable)

They will also have a keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, and a passion for testing and quality assurance.
