Business Analyst
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT-related disciplines such as Business Analysis, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst. The candidate must have experience in database design, implementation, and testing, including User Acceptance Testing, and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process from planning to release and deployment.
Skills:
· A degree in IT-related disciplines, such as Business Analysis.
· Minimum five years’ experience in IT as a Business Analyst
· Experience in database design, implementation and testing, including User Acceptance Testing
· Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process from planning to release and deployment
Desirable:
· Knowledge of IP sector an advantage.
· Knowledge of WIPO IT systems and processes an advantage.
· A high-level of English proficiency, both spoken and written, is required.
Tasks:
· Participate in requirements definition, clarification, and documentation;
· Participate in definition and execution of test cases;
· Assist in user experience testing;
· Undertake quality control of outputs and perform/organize business side user tests;
· Assist in project design and in identifying and organizing solutions that correspond to business requirements so that they can be deployed by the IT service provider;
· Other related tasks as required.
Deliverables:
· Functional and non-functional requirements specifications;
· Test cases and results of test executions;
· Various project documents that the BA generates or contributes to;
· Other deliverables as agreed.
